Job Title: Junior UK Visa Counselor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to guide and support students who wish to pursue higher studies in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level counseling for UK study inquiries, offering accurate information and smooth documentation.
  • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist to students.
  • Guide students on education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
  • Convert inquiries into registered students.

Application Process:

  • Collect and verify documents from students.
  • Submit files for document assessment via partners.
  • Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays.
  • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance.
  • Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation.

Visa Stage:

  • Prepare students for CAS interviews through mock Q&A practice.
  • Fill and verify UK visa forms.
  • Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Submit final visa application through partner system.

Post-Visa Support:

  • Support students in pre-departure activities, including accommodation and ticketing guidance.
  • Maintain regular communication with students till their departure.

Reporting:

  • Maintain CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline report on inquiries, registered students, offers, CAS, and visa approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
  • Knowledge of the UK study system, including intakes, tuition fees, and scholarships.
  • Organized with documentation and timelines.
  • Ability to explain financial requirements clearly.
  • Polite, patient, and student-focused.
