Business Data Analyst Lead

Job Summary:

As a key member of our business development team, the Business Data Analyst Lead will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making through the design, development, and management of advanced analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, and excellent communication skills to effectively present insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using data visualization tools and statistical models to drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and provide actionable insights.
  • Design and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze data trends and create predictive models to inform business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in MIS/Data Analysis or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas, automation).
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
