About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Utilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of utility systems in our industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Utility Equipment & Mechanical Maintenance, with a Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Management: Ensure uninterrupted plant operations and adherence to safety and efficiency standards by managing the operation and maintenance of utility systems.
  • Maintenance Planning: Plan and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
  • Troubleshooting: Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure timely resolution to prevent costly delays.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an adequate spare parts inventory for critical equipment to ensure operational continuity and reduce downtime.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations to safeguard employees, assets, and the environment.

  • You have strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
  • You are able to handle shift operations and respond to emergencies with minimal supervision.
  • You have knowledge of utility energy optimization and cost-saving practices to drive business growth and improvement.
