We're hiring an exceptional Junior Brand Merchandiser to help us drive our e-commerce strategy forward at Runaway Bicycle. As a key member of our merchandising team, you'll play a crucial role in launching new collections and planning campaigns that align with our brand standards.
Your primary focus will be on working closely with our internal teams, including merchandising, product development, and designers, to ensure efficient development processes. You'll also be responsible for tracking KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement to measure campaign effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify. A business or fashion-related degree from a reputable institution is also necessary.
You'll work closely with our suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities are essential for this position.
