Senior Process Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead process development and optimization for semiconductor packaging. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring key process parameters, identifying bottlenecks, and driving yield improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain quality standards by adhering to industry regulations (JEDEC, ISO, IATF).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Mentor junior engineers on best practices in OSAT process engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Materials, or related Engineering field.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor assembly/test environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in core process areas (Wire Bonding, Die Attach, Molding, WLP, Fan-out, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
