We are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Finance Transformation Leader to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our finance operations management team, you will drive operational excellence and service process optimization across the region.
In this exciting role, you will lead global record-to-report (R2R) processes, manage daily R2R operations, and ensure timely delivery of services. You will build and maintain strong business relationships with key finance and business stakeholders to meet organizational goals and expectations.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in finance operations, a Qualified Accountant certification, and a comprehensive command of high-quality service delivery and governance. They will possess analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
