Job Title: GRC Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of GRC systems for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and participate in the implementation of client initiatives focused on reducing technology risk, governance, and compliance to policies and external regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate business and IT risks to ensure effective management.
  • Develop IT security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks and improve client security positioning through process improvement, policy, automation, and continuous evolution of capabilities.
  • Assess information security threats and their impact on clients' IT environments.
  • Support senior team members with analysis of requirements and design of clients' information security posture, as well as legal, regulatory, and scheme security requirements.
  • Deliver work streams for clients in compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, EU GDPR, and Bahrain PDPL, and incident management disciplines.
  • Perform internal and external information security risk and exception assessments, assessing incidents, vulnerability management, scans, patching status, secure baselines, penetration test results, phishing, and social engineering tests and attacks.
  • Document and report control failures and gaps to stakeholders, providing remediation guidance and preparing management reports to track remediation activities.
  • Stay current on best practices and technological advancements and act as a technical resource for security assessment and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time based on business requirements.
