Accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention with our fintech products by spearheading growth strategies for the OneScore portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing holistic growth plans for various channels, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving acquisition and engagement for the APP and Web.

Growth Channels:

  • OneScore mobile app
  • OneScore website

Drive month-on-month Personal Loan Volumes. Manage cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.

Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • A deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey, and customer interaction with digital apps.
  • 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Expertise in agile project and sprint management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, referral programs, and add-on product marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Personal Loan monetization is preferable.
  • Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments, and customer behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with growth-related tools and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of programming/scripting for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
