The role of the Business Development Executive is pivotal in driving student admissions by implementing marketing strategies, managing events, and enhancing brand visibility.
To excel in this position, one must have a strong ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with admission targets. This includes managing social media platforms, creating and coordinating content for brochures, newsletters, videos, etc., and ensuring brand consistency across communications.
Another key responsibility is planning and running admission campaigns, managing CRM databases, and tracking lead conversions. One must also guide parents through the admission process and documentation, while participating in feedback sessions to enhance the admission experience.
Furthermore, the Business Development Executive will organize and participate in school events, open houses, and community programs, coordinate logistics and promotional materials, and represent the school in external events.
In addition, this role involves building and maintaining media and community relations, monitoring competitor activities, and gathering market insights for strategy refinement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a proactive and result-driven attitude.
