Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Lead to drive our IT projects' financial performance.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health of our initiatives and supporting strategic goals in automation and solution design.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for IT projects.
  • Manage project financials, including cost control, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to guarantee project success.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management on financial performance and project budgets.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and project outcomes.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital, offering recommendations for enhancing financial efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of project finance and accounting principles, including cost management and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
