Strategic Financial Operations Lead

We seek a visionary Strategic Financial Operations Lead to spearhead our financial operations and control functions across multiple businesses.

This role will serve as the financial backbone, overseeing the entire accounting and finance function.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising, mentoring, and leading accounts and finance teams.
  • Ensuring proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring.
  • Identifying skill gaps and coordinating training or restructuring to optimize team performance.
  • Overseeing all end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.
  • Managing the closing of books and ensuring timely finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and audits.
  • Developing and implementing internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyzing workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and tracking mechanisms to ensure complete financial and operational visibility.
  • Collaborating with team leads to implement corrective action plans and process improvements.
  • Evaluating and enhancing existing accounting and finance processes by introducing new systems or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Standardizing financial procedures, reporting formats, and policies across all companies under our umbrella.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external auditors, and other key stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Preparing and presenting periodic financial insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to our leadership.
