Job Title: Store Leader

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will oversee store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth. They will lead staff in delivering exceptional service, managing store inventory, and implementing operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Service Management: Implement a proactive approach to resolving customer queries and complaints, ensuring all staff adhere to the Meet, Greet and Direct approach.
  • Inventory Management: Execute stock consolidation processes, controlling shrinkage and maintaining uniform standards among staff, including security and housekeeping personnel.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive improvements in store operations, execute marketing and promotional activities, and monitor their effectiveness in achieving seasonal promotion objectives.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess experience in retail management, with strong skills in team handling, counter sales, and store operations. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives.
