Warehouse Executive Job Summary

Shakti Pumps Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our industrial equipment and machinery business.

  1. Assisting with Budget Planning: Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports to ensure accurate and timely submission.
  2. Requisition Processing: Process requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Advising on Fiscal Procedures: Advise other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Account Management: Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments efficiently and accurately.
  5. Discrepancy Reconciliation: Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies promptly and effectively.
  6. Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  7. Financial Spreadsheets Update: Update financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data to inform business decisions.
  8. Policy Review: Review existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Payroll Administration: Provide assistance with payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  10. Documentation and Records: Keep records and document financial processes to maintain transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
