Main Responsibilities:
- Develop BIM models for Electrical & ELV Systems from design stage to as-built stage.
- Coordinate between all other services to ensure model alignment with BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Prepare lighting, Power, cable tray and conduiting layout.
- Develop SLDs.
- Prepare Fire alarm and PA layout.
- Maintain quality control for completeness and adherence to company/project standards.
- Utilize Revit Preparation Schedule Quantities (BOQ) for MEP Services.
- Create and modify Revit Families.
- Track major decisions (MOM's) during project subsistence.
- Generate various Electrical layouts, sections, elevations, and details clash detection.
- Possess knowledge in fabrication drawings.
