About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Product Design Director to lead our design team in shaping the future of user experience. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and driving holistic design strategies across our products.

This is an exceptional opportunity to build and lead a talented team of designers, setting the vision for user experience across our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data science, to ensure designs meet user needs while pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy: Define and drive the design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
  • User Advocacy: Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
