Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

This role involves providing high-level technical support for the company's IT infrastructure, including networking and server equipment. You will be responsible for managing virtualization platforms, deploying cloud services, and monitoring system and network issues to ensure performance and responsiveness.

Additionally, you will assist in configuring network and third-party hardware/software applications to improve response time, quality, or cost effectiveness.

Maintaining system health on all enterprise IT-managed infrastructure hardware is also a key responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)
  • Manage internal and external DNS and DHCP server configurations
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system and network issues
  • Configure network and/or third-party hardware/software application programs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred
  • 5 years of VMware implementation and administration experience
  • 5 Years of AWS cloud experience
  • 7 years hands-on implementation and support experience with Windows Server versions (2019, 2022), Linux Server versions (Ubuntu, CentOS), and virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V)
  • Knowledge of network and systems monitoring tools (Cisco Meraki, Netbox, Patch Management, SolarWinds)
  • Experience with storage technologies (NAS, SAN, snapshot technologies) and scripting tools (PowerShell)
