Hiring for experienced professionals in financial planning & analysis.

Location: Noida

Designation: Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Associate Manager

Years of experience: 3 to 12 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Shift: US Shifts

5 days work from office

The desired candidate should have a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). The role requires at least 3-12 years of experience in accounting and financial roles. Must have experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Budgeting
  • Forecasting
  • Variance Analysis
  • Management Reporting
  • Advance Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in hospitality or entertainment industry can be an added advantage.

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a part of our client's FP&A process. As a FP&A analyst, you will be responsible for producing monthly reports, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Evaluating financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements
  • Preparing ad-hoc financial and management reports by collecting, formatting, and explaining information from various systems
