Job Title: Political Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Political Analyst to join our team. As a Political Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing political developments, policies, and electoral trends in Maharashtra.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex political data to identify trends and patterns.
• Conduct constituency-level research, voter segmentation, and issue mapping.
• Compile intelligence reports and insights for campaign teams.
• Monitor social media and news to identify emerging narratives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to digital/content teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in political research, polling, advocacy, journalism, or public policy.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written).
• Comfortable with Excel, data visualization, and report writing.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.
