Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials professional to lead end-to-end implementations.

  • Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design best-fit Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, intercompany, expenses, and tax modules.
  • Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and provide expert guidance to clients and teams.
  • Mentor junior professionals and coordinate with offshore teams for efficient delivery.
  • Manage data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Oversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain project documentation (config workbooks, test scripts, training materials).
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assess impact on client environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
  • 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses.
  • Knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash cycles, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
