The Role

We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of Executive Housekeeping Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all housekeeping sections, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality, and upholding the brand's impeccable image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to maintain the luxurious atmosphere of our properties.
  • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management-level position in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
