Generative AI Solution Developer

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying AI models that can learn from data and make decisions autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python programming language is required.
  • Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications is essential.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is desired.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment patterns is beneficial.
  • Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in machine learning/deep learning, with a minimum of 2 years in generative AI solution development is necessary.
  • Strong expertise in ML/DL libraries, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX is expected.
  • Solid understanding of LLM training/fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and instruction tuning is crucial.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluation of model outputs is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases and indexing pipelines for semantic search is beneficial.
