A dedicated professional is sought to support the Compliance team in handling key compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree from a reputable institution and 6-8 years of relevant work experience.

  • The selected individual should have adequate knowledge of regulatory functions, excellent administrative support skills, and be proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inward and outward SEBI correspondences effectively.">
  • Track and escalate SEBI communications in a timely manner.">
  • Maintain accurate records of members with Powers of Attorney (PO) and Demand Drafts (DD).">
  • Monitor FIU Alerts and disseminate relevant information to members as needed.">
  • Organize and manage anti-money laundering (PML) compliances efficiently.">
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for high-impact compliance initiatives.">
  • Handle documentation of correspondence between the Exchange and SEBI.">
  • Manage custody of agreements/undertakings securely.">
  • Draft Board Agendas professionally.">
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in their duties.
