Job Title: Accounting Professional (AP & AR)

  • Process and verify invoices for payment.

  • 4. Reconcile AP accounts and perform month-end close.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR):
  • 1. Manage and process customer invoices and payments.
  • 2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • 3. Resolve customer disputes and issues.
  • 4. Reconcile AR accounts and perform month-end close.
Required Skills:
  • Accounting knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • AP and AR expertise: Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Communication skills: Effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Accounting software: Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • ERP systems: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

  • 4+ years: Experience in accounting, with a focus on AP and AR processes.
