The primary purpose of this job is to oversee payroll administration, guaranteeing that all staff members are paid accurately and efficiently on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of statutory requirements and documentations related to payroll administration.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless interactions with internal and external customers. You must be proactive, efficient, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to compensation and benefits.

To succeed in this position, you should have hands-on experience in payroll management and a deep understanding of employment laws and other related legislation. An MBA (Full Time) qualification is desired.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location and qualifications.
