Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall business strategy to grow our service portfolio.
- Business Development: Expand our client base across industries, develop strategic partnerships, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee profit and loss statements, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
- Capital Contribution: Contribute capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making.
- Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold governance standards.
- Innovation: Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Talent & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Minimum qualifications and skills required for this position include:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, contact center, customer experience, or related industries.
- Strong record of scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
- Expertise in profit and loss management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
- Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
