Job Title:

ServiceNow Practice Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.
  • Develop and implement strategies for practice building, solution architecting, capability building, business pursuit management, operations and delivery management, P&L ownership.
  • Demonstrate industry expertise, deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company and product roadmap, market trends including competitor enterprise products.
  • Drive global responsibility, multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility, delivering client-focused solutions, proactive relationship with stakeholders, creating innovative insights for customers, and contributing to thought leadership documents.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, create proactive client propositions, support pre-sales activities and content creation, support marketing initiatives, talent planning, acquisition, and deployment, employee experience, financial and operational effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in IT services with the last 2-3 years as a ServiceNow practice leader.
  • Practice building, solution architecting, capability building, business pursuit management, operations and delivery management, P&L ownership.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company and product roadmap, market trends including competitor enterprise products.
