Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Distribution Technical Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and technically supporting our products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and support the sales of our products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and manage the technical competency of channel partner technical resources for solution selling mindset.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize business potential.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of industry experience in Industrial & IoT Domain with knowledge in specific product domains, such as Power, Motor control, or IoT applications to cloud with communication stacks like TCP/IP, USB.
  • Software product development experience in one of the following domains: Home Appliance (motor control), Metering (Meteorology), Digital Power supply (MCU-based AC-DC converters).
  • Proficiency in RTOS schedulers and programming languages - C/C++.
  • Thorough understanding of MCU architecture (32-bit preferably Cortex M).
  • Excellent debugging skills and drive to understand solutions at system level.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze hardware and firmware design.
  • Drive collaborative efforts effectively across multiple disciplines/technologies with internal and customer R&D Teams.
  • Think strategically, be creative, and innovate ways to communicate and visualize user experiences.

Education:

Bachelor degree (BE/B.Tech.) in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
