Lead Statistical Programmer

This role is ideal for a highly skilled statistical programmer who wants to lead the development of innovative statistical programming strategies and implement cutting-edge solutions.

  • Develop and implement advanced statistical programming strategies to drive innovation and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a robust programming ecosystem that enables successful project deliverables
  • Review and validate complex statistical analysis plans, mock-shells, database set-up specifications, and programming packages
  • Establish departmental programming standards to meet business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and address project uncertainties
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of programmers to support ongoing pipeline expansion

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in statistical programming with a proven track record of leading projects
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
