Job Overview

This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing skills and requires close interaction with the customer in understanding requirements/use cases, scheduling, and proposing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure environments to meet documented configuration requirements
  2. Work closely with customers to capture requirements and provide architectural guidance
  3. Develop integrations for customers to provide scalable and repeatable solutions
  4. Deploy software to non-production and production environments
  5. Understand and demonstrate all use cases to customers/users
  6. Perform unit and functional testing of new features and configurations
  7. Triage and resolve implementation issues
  8. Develop scripts and tools to improve team efficiency, implementation quality, and consistency
  9. Create knowledge-based articles and documentation to support partner and SnapLogic implementation teams
  10. Identify business and technical issues throughout the project that could impact requirements, scope, or schedule and work with the project manager to identify potential solutions
  11. Ensure successful and on-time delivery of projects working closely with customers and team members

The ideal candidate will have strong database experience, 8+ years of experience with Snap logic, and a deep understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns. They should also be able to communicate ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources.
