Job Description
  • To identify and generate leads by means of research and tools, a list of companies, and shortlist contacts to create and run an outbound sales campaign.
  • To actively seek out new sales leads and qualify leads through outreach efforts, networking, and sending highly personalized communications via various mediums.
  • To create new sales opportunities through outbound reach outs via emails, LinkedIn, etc.
  • To set up exploratory meetings with prospective customers.
  • To build long-term relationships based on trust and empathy with prospects, understand customers' diverse specific business needs, and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
  • To perform diligent tracking of outreach campaigns and reporting on CRM tools, aiming to crush target numbers.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the agriculture domain, and a proven track record of delivering strong sales results.
