As a Regional HR Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the India region, driving business outcomes through people initiatives. Your role will focus on creating a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and developing talent within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian employment law, performance management, and HR best practices. You will partner with leadership to design and implement effective HR solutions, leveraging your analytical skills to drive data-driven decision making. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and build trust with stakeholders will be essential in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice to the India region, aligning people initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Partner with leadership to create a positive employee experience, enhancing engagement, retention, and diversity.
  • Analyze HR data to inform business decisions, driving growth and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong generalist background.
  • Expert knowledge of Indian employment law, including labor regulations and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, coaching, and development.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a diverse environment.
