Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive organizational change and strengthen our people function during this critical phase. As a catalyst for transformation, you will shape systems, drive compliance, and rebuild processes in a company that is transforming for long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leadership in driving organisational change and people initiatives.
  • Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies as required.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of HR experience (manufacturing/engineering/industrial background preferred).
  • Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll.
  • Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems & processes.
  • Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility.
