We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team in Vadodara, India.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead electrical engineering projects and teams, driving innovation and delivering exceptional results. As an Electrical Engineering Lead at Bechtel, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing electrical engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Developing and implementing electrical engineering strategies to drive business growth and improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree in electrical engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in FEED, proposal & detailed engineering preferably in an EPC industry for Wind Farms, Offshore wind farms, Solar and other renewable plants.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical system study tools, such as DigSilent Power Factory, System Studies, voltage drop calculations, single line diagram, protection & metering diagrams, relay setting & protection coordination of the system.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different disciplines and locations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
