We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Stack engineer who loves solving complex problems and experimenting with the latest in AI.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be working on cutting-edge AI projects, building and optimizing models using efficient, production-ready code.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize AI models for real-world applications.
  • Evaluate model performance by testing and ranking outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for Supervised Training and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong background in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
