Job Title: Global People Analytics Lead

Job Description:


As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and analytics across the organization. We are seeking an experienced leader who can manage people analytics activities globally and build effective partnerships with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement global people analytics strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to understand their needs and establish reporting requirements.
  3. Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to introduce new analytics solutions and improve existing dashboards.
  4. Design and deliver insightful analytics reports that inform business decisions.
  5. Partner with stakeholders to build a data-driven culture within the organization.
  6. Develop and mentor high-performing analytics teams.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience:
    • Proven track record of leading small to mid-sized analytics teams or cross-functional project teams.
    • Strong program management skills: managing global initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analytics Expertise:
    • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
    • Expertise in HRIS systems, survey platforms, and data visualization tools.
    • Ability to build and interpret statistical models, predictive analytics, and advanced dashboards.
  • Strategic Skills:
    • Experience working closely with senior HR and business leaders to shape people strategies.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders, present complex data clearly, and connect analytics to business outcomes.
