Job Overview

The primary purpose of this profile is to facilitate the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs within an organization. They will support a comprehensive review of risk and controls, encompassing a thorough examination of the risk universe at an activity level and assessing the adequacy of controls to mitigate operational and technology failures as well as regulatory noncompliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead risk assessments and profiling for business units and operational activities.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt risk management practices accordingly.
  • Ensure policies and processes are designed to comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and facilitate documentation of controls.
  • Provide oversight and challenge business units on risk management practices.
  • Carry out a risk aggregation exercise to provide a unified view of risk.
  • Promote the use of advanced technologies and data analytics in risk management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for risk-related matters pertaining to business and operations.
