Job Description

The Head of Investment Compliance is responsible for leading a team of compliance professionals in planning, prioritizing, and aligning objectives with departmental goals. This includes managing portfolio and trading desk compliance across funds, partnering with internal teams, and overseeing regulatory filings and certifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing high-performing teams and handling complex compliance projects.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the investment management industry, with expertise in Indian mutual fund regulations (SEBI, AMFI).
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and participating in compliance-related projects, including system upgrades and new regulatory implementations.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to trading desks and investment teams.
  • Identifying compliance risks and developing proactive solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in managing high-performing teams and handling complex compliance projects.
  • Experience working with Indian mutual fund regulations (SEBI, AMFI).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the investment management industry.
