Cell Culture Development Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Cell Culture Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting upstream process development, process scale-up, and process characterization for monoclonal antibody (mAb) manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop scalable and robust processes to meet desired product yield and quality standards.
- Evaluate risk and implement mitigation strategies during process development and scale-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within R&D and other departments for technical discussions related to process development, technology transfer, and process improvement.
- Participate in technology transfer activities, coordination with program management and cross-functional teams to deliver on program timelines.
- Analyze data to assess upstream performance and inform technical decisions.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of raw data according to GDP principles.
- Presentation preparation, writing of technical documents, and procedures.
- Laboratory activity coordination within and across teams.
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in one of the following areas:
- Omics technologies – Metabolic Flux Analysis, Metabolomics.
- Bioprocess modeling – Process Modeling, Digital Twin for Bioreactor or Cells.
- CFD – Computational Fluid Dynamics to understand and simulate bioreactor mixing.
Recent PhD graduates are preferred for this role.
