Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Talent Development Manager to spearhead our people operations.

The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that foster inclusivity, engagement, and retention, while building a magnetic workplace culture.

  • Culture & Engagement Strategy:
    • Lead culture-building initiatives, including recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication programs.
    • Design frameworks for growth, impact, and alignment with our values.
    • Be a culture ambassador—actively listen to team sentiment and evolve workplace dynamics.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
    • Create hiring pipelines that attract high-potential talent aligned with our values.
    • Design long-term retention plans, including growth paths, internal mobility, and recognition.
    • Elevate the onboarding experience for strong cultural alignment from Day 1.
  • Performance Enablement:
    • Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with development and accountability in mind.
    • Partner with leaders to identify learning opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks.
    • Foster a culture of high performance with mentorship programs and internal upskilling.
  • Policy Compliance & HR Ops:
    • Ensure HR policies are fair, compliant with labor laws, and progressive.
    • Streamline people operations through scalable systems.
    • Collaborate with Finance on compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
  • People Insights & Intelligence:
    • Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse) to inform decisions.
    • Use data to proactively address challenges around retention, performance, and engagement.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Own our employer brand on platforms like Glassdoor, showcasing our team, culture, and impact.
    • Collaborate with teams to build our reputation as a workplace of choice.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in HR or Talent Development roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
  • Deep understanding of today's workforce dynamics, especially Gen Z and Millennial talent.
  • Strong grasp of labor laws and compliance practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with an eye for culture, retention, and growth.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience building HR initiatives that directly impact retention and team morale.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to bridge business goals and people needs.
  • Zoho People HRMS Experience is a plus.
