Job Title: Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VDI administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual desktop infrastructure, providing technical support to users, and collaborating with other IT staff to achieve our goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other computer systems.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve problems.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Maintain security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights to systems and data.
  • Keep software up-to-date and ensure licenses are in compliance.
  • Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of systems and services.

Requirements:

  • Skillset: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong understanding of virtualization technologies, and experience with operating systems and network protocols.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
