  • Main Responsibilities
  • Data Center Operations: Oversee on-premises data centers, ensuring servers, storage systems, and networking hardware are efficiently managed and optimized.
  • Security Compliance: Implement security patches and updates for Linux-based Kubernetes environments to maintain alignment with internal policies.
  • Collaboration Support: Work closely with SRE teams to support enterprise systems, leveraging global collaboration skills.
  • Incident Management: Effectively manage service tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Salesforce.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Linux system administration (RHEL, Ubuntu) with certifications like RHCSA/RHCE as a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Kubernetes administration, including certifications like CKA/CKS.
  • Experience working with bare-metal infrastructure, including servers, storage arrays, and networking components.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers) and technologies like Juniper OS.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills across infrastructure layers (hardware, OS, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible, Bash, or Python is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack is advantageous.
