Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and experience with modern SAP development practices.

The SAP ABAP Consultant will be responsible for developing and supporting RICEFW objects in an SAP S/4HANA environment. This includes working on interfaces such as OData, Proxies, Web Services, etc., and applying code pushdown techniques using CDS Views and AMDP to optimize performance.

The consultant will also be expected to adhere to Clean Core development principles and ensure scalable, upgrade-safe solutions. Additionally, they will collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support RICEFW objects in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Work on interfaces including OData, Proxies, Web Services, etc.
  • Apply code pushdown techniques using CDS Views and AMDP to optimize performance.
  • Adhere to Clean Core development principles and ensure scalable, upgrade-safe solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of ABAP development experience, specifically in RICEFW on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Hands-on experience with OData services, Proxies, Web Services, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, and other HANA-based development techniques.
  • Exposure to Clean Core development concepts.
  • Understanding of basic business processes in SD, MM, FI, PP, QM modules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
