Job Summary:

This intern will lead technical programs, deliver project results, and support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

The ideal candidate will gain valuable experience in program management, including planning, execution, and communication with stakeholders, while working closely with engineers, product managers, and other key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute complex technical programs from ideation to delivery, ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing or participating in technical projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of system design or software engineering principles is beneficial.
