Role: Finite Element Analysis Engineer (FEA Engineer)

Experience: 5-8 Years

Educational Qualification: B.E/B Tech

Domain: Off-highway vehicles / Construction Equipment / Automotive (heavy Commercial Vehicles)

Responsibilities:

  • Support design and development of off-highway construction equipment using FEA.
  • Perform finite element analysis of structural systems and components.
  • Familiar with ANSYS workbench and classic.
  • Expertise in Static, Nonlinear, Dynamic Analysis, Explicit, Rotor dynamics, Composites.
  • Experience with Space claim and Design modeler.
  • Proficient in hand calculations and problem solving.
  • Coordinate with design engineers to optimize designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for inputs, queries, and reviews.
  • Knowledge of ASME, API, EN, and BS standards.
  • Work independently under minimum supervision.

Skills:

  • ANSYS Workbench & Classic.
  • Hand calculations, Weld calculations, Material properties.
  • Knowledge in Hyper mesh / Abaqus.
  • Ability to parametrize and write macros.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.

Key qualities required are a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to analyze complex problems.

The successful candidate will have a passion for innovative technologies and be able to think creatively to deliver solutions.

A collaborative and proactive approach is essential for this role as the candidate will be working closely with cross-functional teams.
