About the Position:
This operational leader manages onsite delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of talent acquisition strategies. The primary focus is on operational excellence, seamless delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for clients and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as first point of contact for clients and first escalation point for daily operational issues.
- Proactively engage with client stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and drivers.
- Ensure onsite teams consistently meet internal and client-facing KPIs and SLAs.
- Develop and refine client processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with senior leadership on expansion strategies.
- Operational Oversight
- Analyze SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong external network to gather market intelligence and stay current with industry trends.
- Manage program-level financial and administrative processes.
- Resolve escalated commercial or contractual issues in line with company policy.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage recruitment and induction of new team members.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to teams to ensure they perform to best of abilities.
- Assess and address training needs of teams to support personal development plans.
- Conduct regular team meetings to promote teamwork, set and prioritize goals, and share company updates.
- Provide regular and constructive feedback to all team members.
Job Requirements:
- 10-12+ years of experience in Technology hiring.
- 3-5+ years of experience in program management or team leadership roles, preferably within RPO or large-scale recruitment environments.
- Strong consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and gain cooperation among team members and clients.
- Experience with process improvement, continuous improvement, or project management.
- Ability to work in complex environments and navigate ambiguity, uncertainty, and challenges.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and client-centric focus.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude with passion for driving results.
