Job Description

As a Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst, you will be responsible for providing production support and application enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and custom-built modules.

You will work with functional users to understand and document business requirements, perform system analysis, identify potential impacts of proposed application changes, create technical specification documents, design and build solutions, document and execute test cases, and provide quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.

  • Requirements definition and analysis
  • Technical design, development, and testing
  • Production support and application enhancements
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.

Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.

Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor.
