Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Software Developer (MERN Stack) to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building scalable web applications, leading projects, and mentoring junior developers. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using , , MongoDB
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production deployment
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to processes and architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional company experience (excluding internships) in full-stack development
  • Strong hands-on expertise in , , , and MongoDB
  • Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an added advantage
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
  • Bachelor's degree
