Role Summary

The Generative AI Architect will lead the development of enterprise-grade GenAI platforms, defining scalable agent orchestration frameworks and integration patterns for intelligent, governed, and reusable agent ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and govern modular AI agent frameworks for enterprise-wide reuse, ensuring scalability and consistency in observability, security, and orchestration patterns.
  • Define event-driven orchestration and agentic execution patterns to enable context-aware workflows, leveraging technologies such as Temporal, LangGraph, and AST-RAG.
  • Develop reusable agent templates, blueprints, and context frameworks to accelerate use case onboarding across domains, focusing on Responsible AI (RAI), data privacy, and policy enforcement.
  • Lead technical architecture planning across delivery sprints, vendor integration tracks, and GenAI product releases, influencing enterprise architecture and guiding cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of technologies such as Kubernetes, Azure AI/AKS, REST APIs, and observability stacks, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing agent-based frameworks or AI orchestration platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 12+ years of experience in enterprise software or AI architecture roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing agent-based frameworks or AI orchestration platforms, with a focus on LLMs, Generative AI, or intelligent agents.
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, with excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
