As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform.

Our ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of progressive experience in software development and has a proven track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems. In addition to being an expert in Python, we are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Langchain and one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI. Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate) is also a requirement.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems, as well as proficient knowledge of Git and Linux environments. Strong leadership and management skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.
  • Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Proficient knowledge of Git and Linux environments.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Experience developing multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies.
  • Experience with local LLM execution and management.
