About the Job

We are seeking an accomplished Global Quality Operations Manager to lead our team in advancing quality and efficiency. This role is responsible for driving Operational Excellence initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of trust and engagement.

The successful candidate will be passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and will have experience in supervising teams and developing leaders. They will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

This position requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner. The individual will be expected to communicate effectively with all levels of management, as well as with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across multiple teams and geographies
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Drive Operational Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement programs
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal data privacy/security protocols
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or similar field preferred
  • Minimum two years equivalent experience; two years supervisory role preferred
  • Green Belt certified / Knowledge of Six sigma tools
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
  • Demonstrated excellence in effective and professional communications (written and verbal) with internal and external customers and all levels of management
